1993 Giles Makes A Deal With Eduardo

"Edmund questions Ruth about Dixie's trip to Napa Valley when Brooke arrives. Brooke thought Dixie had passed on the trip. However, Brooke was supposed to go, and cancelled, so she doesn't see why Dixie couldn't change her mind. Brooke wonders if she has something to worry about, but Ruth and Edmund assure Brooke that everything is fine. Ruth exits. Brooke and Edmund talk about how they are happy for each other - having found people who make them happy, but it is apparent that neither is truly happy. Brooke exits for her appointment with the fertility doctor, and Edmund visits with Maria because he believes Giles is laying low. Brooke flies back in, and announces that Giles is right behind her. Brooke and Maria give Edmund a quick Eduardo make-over, and then Brooke pretends to find Eduardo cheating again with Maria. The women exit, and Eduardo makes a deal with Giles. Giles exit, and Brooke and Maria come back to congratulate Edmund. Maria hugs Edmund, which makes Edmund and Brooke ill at ease." - AMCthroughtheyears
